JAMES ROSE, DIRECTOR
James has held a Personal Management License with the UK Gambling Commission as since 2007 and held the position of Director of PPS since joining the group in 2013. He has a wealth of experience in sports, gaming and fundraising having formerly worked at Middlesbrough Football Club, Betfair, 188BET in a variety of marketing, business development and technology development roles.
JOHN BOTROS, COMPANY SECRETARY
John has been in legal practice for over 40 years, having been admitted on the Roll of Solicitors in 1973 and Called to the Bar in 1992. He practices all types of commercial litigation and specialises in company and insolvency law. Having been Company Secretary to various companies, including some listed on the London Stock Exchange, has given John first hand experience in the intricacies of some of the most complex areas of law.
